At Elufah, we want your shopping journey to be smooth from start to finish—including returns. We know purchases don’t always turn out as expected, and that’s okay. When something isn’t quite right, returning it should be hassle-free.

Most of our items can be sent back for a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery, as long as they’re still in their original, unused state. To make it even easier, you can find free return locations close by—just glance at the product page for “Return information” before you check out, or view the same details in your Order History after you order.

Once we (or the third-party seller) receive your return and confirm you’re all set, we’ll kick off your refund. It can take up to 30 days to get everything sorted, though sometimes it’s a bit quicker. And if we need any extra info from you, we’ll send over clear instructions on how to reach Customer Service.
